an acceptable stay, but it seems they have little regard for basic hospitality. instructions for check-in were sent too late, and the room had a flushing toilet that wouldn't quit. a complimentary drink or upgrade would’ve really elevated the experience, though it's clear this hotel plays favorites. i almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

Positive, The automated check-in was super smooth, and I loved the spacious room with a comfy bed. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch, especially during chilly mornings. Plus, there's a great sushi place right next door! 🍣

Unexpected convenience in Svolvaer
The automated check-in process made my arrival smooth and easy. The heated floors in the bathroom were a delightful surprise, making chilly mornings more enjoyable. Perfectly located near great restaurants!
Unfortunately, the lack of staff presence could feel a bit isolating at times. Also, the rooms can get noisy with thin walls, which might disrupt light sleepers' comfort.
